My Doggy Day Care is the Solution!
Hello, I’m Phil, the Canine Happiness Officer at Tails of the Lake.
Located in the rolling Kent countryside, surrounded by fields, trees and with access to our private lake, Tails of the Lake is a premium custom-built centre specialising in the care of energetic and lively dogs.
A day at Tails of the Lake is carefully planned with structured activities (scent, retrieval and enrichment games such as snuffle mats and blueberry bobbing (yes really!) as well as periods of supervised free socialisation and of course rest times to recharge the batteries.
My team are very experienced dog handlers over a number of years, managing dogs in groups as well as individuals. All staff have received training in dog behaviour as well as first aid.
Your dog’s time with us is totally dedicated to having fun in a safe, controlled, carefully supervised environment.
What I Offer to Help You With Your Dog
Countryside Location
Your dog comes home happy, tired and relaxed. A fabulous outdoor setting with access to it's own private lake giving your dog plenty of space and fresh air to enjoy their time with us.
Mental & Physical fun
I make sure your dog's mind and body are stimulated each and every time. Structured days to keep your dog actively engaged with socialisation, games, exercise and rest periods.
Pick Up and Drop Off
You don't have the hassle of transportation. I will collect and return your dog from your home in our secured transport. Pick up and drop off is included in the price of the sessions.
Experienced Team
You can rely on me to take great care of your precious family member. Our experienced and qualified staff provides close supervision at all times. No more than 8 dogs per staff member. We are licenced by Ashford Borough Council and fully insured.
Safety and Security
Your dog is safe and protected when they are with me. Your dog's safety is my priority. A 1.8m high purpose built fencing surrounds our center with all exit points are double gated.
Full Screening
Friendly sociable dogs only, means your dog can enjoy themselves in a stress free envrionment. I operate a very careful screening policy, I only accept dogs who are of the right personality and temperament.
